The new wave of psychometrics is coming!

I thought I would finally bite the bullet and write my first blog to give you an insight of an exciting new online system that Criterion Partnership are launching in Jan 2010. The name of the site is COAST (an acronym I thought of – very apt considering we’re in a stone’s throw distance to the sea!). COAST stands for Criterion Online Assessment and Selection Technologies.
Whilst I have been involved in the launch and day to day running of some of our other online systems, COAST is by far the biggest project and I have been working with Alan and the development team closely on it from the start. Not to blow my own trumpet, but I am really proud of how the project is going and the site is looking great.
There are lots of great features to Coast, too many to list here. However here are some of the highlights!
• COAST will amalgamate two of our current sites and will offer our clients a more tailored approach with a greater range of functionality
• It’s very Web 2.0 friendly
• The system will allow you to be able to create bespoke personality questionnaires and combine them, if required, with ability tests. Therefore creating one seamless campaign
• The reports are being totally revamped from the old sites. They will be more pleasing on the eye, include the client’s branding and offer a wider range of reporting options for recruitment and development
• There is an SMS facility so candidates can be updated on their progress whilst on the move!
We will officially be launching the site at the Division of Occupational Psychology conference being held in Brighton in January. Watch this space for more information.
