ASDA jobs site wins Best Employer website at the RADS 2009

The ASDA career site has been crowned Best Employer Website at this years prestigious RAD awards. The website consists of a careers portal designed by Euro RSCG Riley and a fully integrated online psychometrics and candidate management system developed by Criterion Partnership.

The site is a defining example of a seamless candidate journey – from the initial job search to application, online pre-selection and sifting, through to invitation to assessment centre and job offer.

The judges singled out the ASDA jobs site and praised it for its “ functionality, stickiness and navigability”.The site has handled over 10,000 applications for management, graduate and specialist roles into ASDA's stores and head offices since its launch in September 2008.

The online psychometric assessments, developed by Criterion Partnership, enable ASDA recruiters to identify candidates who share their core values and leadership style. The system automatically provides specifically designed assessments for the many different roles advertised and recruited through the site.
