It's a win for Asda at Personnel Today

Asda were proud winners of the award for Innovation in Recruitment and Retention at this years Personnel Today awards. This was in recognition of their job site which they have worked with Criterion to evolve over the last few years and which offers a seamless candidate experience incoporating elements such as vacancy searches, tailored online assessments and candidate progress notifications.
Personnel today judge Kevin Green commented ''The challenge in 2008 was clearly built upon an ongoing continuous improvement approach. The benefits achieved by reducing cost per hire with an annual saving of £2.6m were excellent"
