Psychometric measures of ability and personality provide valuable information on candidates’ suitability for a job. They also create an impression of your organisation in the minds of the candidates. In the design of all Criterion Partnership’s psychometrics, assessment is recognised as a two-way process in which the employer and the candidates form perceptions of each other.
